When I first saw the kit, I didn't know she's a boxer and I didn't care much for the kit ("looks good, but..."), strange things happened when I learnt of this fact and she suddenly became a must get. And I don't even play the game. Fit is perfect and no joint line works, all joints are hidden inside clothing. Only some minor pinholes. Surface preparation was a breeze.   Building Vanessa wasn't a difficult kit to build, and a very fun kit to paint. I follow the SNK art scheme with dark brown pants and red hair, but I always thought the pants were black and hair was brown since all the buildups I've seen of her were like that. To improve her coolness I added hair strands from cosmetic eyebrows, like I did for Shiki. They were so thin and I wasn't sure if they'll hold paint, but they seem to work. Her vest would benefit from a wash of light grey and her pants some dry brushing. My camera gave a very dark brown for her pants and much of the contrast of it was lost, really a shame.
