She is the OVA version of Bakuretsu Hunter's
heroine Tira Misu, sister of Chocola
Misu. Her outfit is the normal "dominatrix" style, which is
unlike her sister's interesting "suspenders and suspenders only"
top. But she's an extremely cute companion piece to Chocola. The only problem
is that her face is a bit bigzzer than Chocola's, may be because Chocola
got her face hidden behind a cool hat and has her hair wrapped up in it.

Parts: front hair (l&r), backhair, face, left & right gloves,
left & right legs, body.
Most of the comments to Chocola also applies here. Tons of pinholes,
very bad fit. The legs doesn't cross each other right and there's a big
gap in the back.
Building
The liquitex paint with self-leveling gel gave a latex-like texture
that's neither too glossy nor flat, and matches her dominatrix
outfit perfectly.
I finally got a flesh tone I like. Took a long time of mixing
RGB colors and trial and error to obtain a color. Finally decided
the one-pass skintone method based on the white basecoat is too
prone to error, so I'm back to multilayer skintone method again.
Much much easier to control.
