This is one of the most explicit kits in the series. The kits are sold separately, but you really want to buy them both because otherwise Silkye by herself didn't make sense. Her kneeling posture is completely out of balance without the guy.

Kit Review

Seam lines: 4/5   Pinholes: 3/5   Casting: 3/5   Fit: 3/5   Part Break: 3/5   Help

Silkye requires a lot of mid-calve filling since she's not wearing anything, and the kit has upper and lower body, arms and shins for parts.

Really a lot of work. The dungeon master is cast with a very uneven surface, probably intentional, but it doesn't work for my painting method so I evened it out some with steel wool.

Building

The most difficult part about this kit is to align the two figures. You need to bend Silkye's hair around until the dungeon master appears to be holding it. But in the progress I broke the hair off, so I had to build the hair from SSP-HG, which works great. The junction between her hair and his hand is also best filled, otherwise it wouldn't look like he's holding her hair.
