This is one of the worst kit I've built. The only thing going for it is it has good anatomy.   Kit Review Seam lines: ?/5   Pinholes: ?/5   Casting: ?/5   Fit: ?/5   Part Break: ?/5   Help This kit has only 3 pieces, left hand, left leg and main body. This kit is cast in some mystery resin/polystone... whatever it is I don't like it! It's soft, so if you accidently press your fingernail on the surface you'll get a deep scratch. I suspect I've got a recast, but it comes in an original package of some sort. Also did someone worked my kit before? I have some crap on the surface which looks like primer... ughhhh! I've got other Soldat (which has now gone out of business) kits but they're almost perfect, unlike this one. There's no fit to speak of... loads of putty before I can get the kit together. Pinholes everywhere... I'm not going to recount the horror. For a 1/10 kit this sure takes lots of surface preparation!   Building The face is the bigzzest problem... it's got uneven surface which is very difficult to smooth out, and the sculpt itself isn't all that great... Mike's early kits tends to have people's face ape-like... true many real people look that way but I don't want my kits to be that real! The eyes were difficult to get right because she'll looks startled if the whites where not grey enough. Too grey and she looks dead. The lips also suffered the ape symdrome, the lower lip were too big. Lots of fussing around to reduce that effect.
