Remove the outer shell with the red arrow.

The other part consists of folder halves, lift the shown side.

Then you can hold the figure by the base and remove her. I taped her cord below the base.

In case you need to repack, here’s a slightly better pic of how she’s fitted inside the bottom half. It”ll be difficult to close the foam halves (and might damaged the figure) if she’s not properly fitted in this positiion.
